For your next contest how about doubling down on the time theme. Say for $10 give your impression of what a nonlinear time would be like? or maybe no time at all.

If you don't think the contest is legit, why would you take the time to submit a reply rather than just click the "stumble" button?

I don't care if it's worth a Nobel Prize. Just make it hold my attention. haha

time is how long it takes to go from here *snaps fingers to here *snaps fingers. it is a measure of how long we have to wait for food or for red lights to turn green.

Time is the perception of events progressing forward. Or at least how we perceive it. It is also relative to the observer.

Rob, you are here, and you are speaking to me. You may notice that when I speak, the words occur in a sequence. Now, I’m sure this seems perfectly natural to you, but consider this – something must be changing if I am not simply saying the same word over and over. You’ve told me that you come from the Planet Gel-Tarz. This means that you have not been standing here talking to me for your whole life. Again, something must be changing. That’s what we call time. Time is the space in which things change. If there wasn’t time, you would never perceive anything other than what you see and hear right now. You’d be stuck in a single place, never changing, never experiencing anything new. But you were there, and now you’re here, so you must have traveled through the space between those two different moments. There are a lot of other ways time is like space. We measure time in seconds, minutes, hours and years like we measure space in inches, feet and miles. And while we don’t know where we’re going as we move through time, we can bet it’s something like the places we’ve been before.

Time is what we use to keep track of events. Time allows us to access memories and plan for events to come. Time can also rob us of the moment by reminding us of future events that we cannot control. It is also what we use to measure self worth. Success/Time Used to Accomplish Them= Self Worth. If it sounds silly you understand it. It can be very helpful in instances such as hair dying and cooking however.
